Description:For starters...I'd like to say that this is not my recipe...
But on a recent trip to Sheffield to visit one of my dearest friends,
Huda I was given this recipe and even tried to make it while I was there.
As a self-proclaimed expert on carrot cakes (I have sampled them in almost every country I've visited) - I have to say that this was one of the BEST!!
I hope Hisham does not get upset that I've published this here...but I felt the need to share this...because it's sooo good.
I should also note that the version that Huda & I made (albeit very good already) was apparently not as good as Hisham makes it...so...there you go... :)
