Description: This was made as an experiment, with visions of "Wok with Yan" in my head, trying to remember the things that Yan used to teach on the show...No recipe, so had to use my imagination.. It was a success :) Thank God...

Add cut dried chillies and stir fry (not too long) 8. Add chicken pieces and let the oil coat all the chicken pieces. 9. Serve with warm white rice 10. Warn your guests of the chillies...
seriously...this recipe is foolproof!! very easy... if you're too lazy to fry the chicken, just go to KFC or Popeyes and buy their popcorn chicken (also available frozen) and just do the oil and chili thing... adds a little "twang" to KFC, doesn't it?? he he he
