Almost everyone coming out of the theater after watching the movie, written and directed by the critically aclaimed director Pedro Almodóvar, had mixed feelings on their faces.
"Weird", "strange" were the first words to come out of people's mouths when asked what they thought of the movie.
For me, I guess, it was not what I expected the movie to be like. Well..in truth, I didn't really know what to expect. After watching two previous movies that had Gael García Bernal (Y Tu Mama Tambien and Motorcycle Diaries) - which I both thought were really good, I thought this one would be just as good.
The plot was a bit strange and I guess just a bit on the shocking side
In any case, I have very mixed feelings about the movie, and I would not push anyone into watching it. But, if you're on the curious side, then watch it. I'd be curious to know what other people thought of it.
